By: Brittain Media provides professional photography, videography, and media production services using industry-standard practices and reasonable care; however, services are subject to factors beyond control, including but not limited to weather conditions, lighting limitations, venue restrictions, subject cooperation, equipment failure, illness, acts of God, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect coverage, production, or delivery. While all reasonable precautions are taken to safely store, back up, and process captured media, the client acknowledges that complete elimination of risk is not possible. In the unlikely event of partial or complete loss, damage, or failure to deliver media due to circumstances within or beyond control, liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid for the affected services.

 

By: Brittain Media shall not be held responsible for missed moments, compromised quality, or delays caused by client lateness, schedule changes, restricted access, interference by guests or participants, or failure to comply with production requirements. The client agrees to release and hold harmless By: Brittain Media, its owner, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of delivered media, including third-party claims related to permissions, likeness rights, or distribution. Engagement of services constitutes full acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment that creative results are inherently subjective and may vary based on conditions present at the time of service.

By: Brittain Media is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its clients and website visitors. Personal information collected may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, event details, payment information, and any other information voluntarily provided through inquiries, booking forms, contracts, or communication. This information is collected solely for the purposes of providing media production services, communicating with clients, processing payments, delivering products, improving services, and maintaining business records. By: Brittain Media does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers when necessary to fulfill contracted services, such as payment processors, delivery platforms, or backup storage systems, and only to the extent required to perform those services.

While efforts are made to safeguard all data, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and clients acknowledge this inherent risk when providing information. Client contact information may be retained for record-keeping, legal compliance, and future service communication unless a written request for removal is submitted, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.

 

Photographs and video content produced may include identifiable individuals. By engaging services, clients acknowledge that such media may be stored, edited, and delivered electronically and may be used for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to service delivery. This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect business, legal, or operational changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
